Annie Helen Ray

Annie Helen (Gumm) Ray born April 16, 1926 to the late Henry David and Janie Mae (Atkins) Gumm. She professed a hope in christ at the age of 11 years old. United with Ebenezer Baptist Church, Central City, Ky. Later moved to Loving Chapel Baptist Church. Annie Helen Gumm married Willie Sylvester Ray February 10, 1945 who preceded her in death September 28, 2001. To this union one son was born Sylvester Quvonne Ray (Deceased). She became a member of the Alpha Missionary Baptist Church in 1948 until August 6, 2000. She rejoined Loving Chapel Baptist Church and served until God called her home. Annie Helen Ray leaves to mourn Daughter-In Law - Johnnie L. Ray, Two Grandchildren Sean and Diara Ray (Tomika Gibson Atlanta Georgia ); Five Great grandchildren Ashley, Monasia, O’shea, Marquis and Montanna. Great-Great Grandchild Oliver. Also, a dear loving friend Emily Hanson and a host of relatives and friends.  

Visitation will be Friday September 23, 2022 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM at Loving Chapel Baptist Church Franklin, Ky with the Funeral Service to follow starting at 2:00PM. Burial will be at Loving Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery Franklin, Ky.
