Ethel Vivian Mullen was born on October 12, 1961 to the late Nellie Williams Mullen and Rev. James Otto Mullen Sr. She was a life long care-giver and a devoted christian. She spent her early years in North Carolina and attended NorthEastern High School.
Some years after graduating she moved to Portland, TN where she started her career in caregiving. Vivian was known to everyone to be joyful and kind hearted. She liked to watch and play sports such as Basketball and Tennis. Vivian spread love and uplifted everyone that she came in contact with.
Vivian leaves to cherish her memory: Three sisters Wanda (Charles/Chup), Sharon (Hubert/Willie), Valerie Michelle (Daniel) and One brother Shelton Mullen Sr., Loving Neces an Nephews and & lots of friends that She considered family.
