Holly was born on June 26, 1972 to her mother Shirley Oden Smith and the late James Bobby Forte. She professed her love in Christ at an early age. Holly was a member of Townsend Grove Missionary Baptist Church. After graduating from Russellville high school Holly became a nurse. Holly loved being a nurse and loved taking care of people. She was married to Jeff Miles on November 2,1996, this union brought forth her only daughter Chynna who she adored. She was later blessed with a son in love Nick Tate, this union blessed her with her one and only grandson Jayce Tate. She loved being his mimi, Holly also loved spending time with her out of town cousins and taking family trips with her in laws. She loved her fur baby Benson he was her bonus baby.

Holly Miles passed away at Skyline January 2, 2025. She is Proceeded in death by Fathers James Cheatham, and James B. Forte. Grandmother; Melviney Flowers Rose, Virginia Cheatham, and Dorthy Forte. Nephew Antwon Browder. 

Survived by the love of her life Jeff Miles, Daughter Chynna Tate (Nick Tate), One Grandson Jayce Tate, God Daughter Jalayia Williams. Mother Shirley Oden Smith. Two sisters Birdie Loraine Browder, and Amanda Martin. Five brothers, Lamont Forte, Alexander Browder, Odell Bailey Jr, Midas Oden (Ana), and Charles Oden. (Menia).Father in love Roosevelt Miles, Mother in love Annie Miles. Four sisters in love Felicia Alston, Angela Kenner (David Kenner), Roseann Miles, Delores Dixon (Reco Dixon), One Brother in love Stanley Miles (Regina Miles) One sister cousin; Marisa Nourse, and her very special fur baby Benson. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and friends. One special coworker friend Marilyn.

Holly was a true caretaker she had a giving heart. It gives the family comfort in knowing through Holly's death she was able to bless someone with life by donating her kidneys. She gave till the end, and we will cherish every moment we were blessed to have her.
