Joe Rico Alphonso Payne was born March 27, 1975 in Bowling Green, Ky to Mary Joyce Payne and the late Joe West. He departed from this life on Friday May 12, 2023. He professed a hope in Christ at an early age. Joe was a warm-hearted, kind and respectable person who always had a smile on his face. He loved joking around and having a good time. He also enjoyed listening to music and watching westerners. Joe leaves to cherish his memories his mother Mary Joyce Payne of Franklin, Ky. Two brothers Billy Payne and Fred (Felicia) Payne both of Franklin, Ky. Two sisters Sonia Payne of Bowling Green, Ky and Angie Payne of Franklin, Ky. Aunts Sadie Taylor, Gail (Jeff) Barbee both of Franklin, Ky. Faye West, Laurie West, Carolyn Trotter, Pam Northington, Alma Holland of Springfield, Tn. Uncles Perry Goodnight of Bowling Green, Ky. Paul West, Tommy West and Lonnie West of Springfield, Tn. Six nieces and three nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. 
 

Memorial Service will be Monday May 22, 2023 at 1:00PM at Elevated Missionary Baptist Church Franklin, Ky
